The operating principle of the VRS - system
All the models of the VRS machines are designed with the same principle and this simplifies the installation, operation and maintenance.
Operation
The food waste goes into the tightly closed chamber, gets stirred slowly and dried. At the same time, the specially designed agitator grinds the material. The drying chamber is under a slight negative pressure, which prevents the leaking of vapors and odors. The vapor produced during the process is condensed into water and this can be used for gardening.
Energy consumption
The drying time varies according to the moisture level of the raw material. The energy consumption is less than 1 kWh per liter of water to be evaporated.
